Stonewall Kitchen Chili Starter

Chili aficionados battle over their recipes at cook-offs more than any other dish. We are certain ours would take home the blue ribbon. Served in our café for years, this has become one of our customers' all-time favorites, topped with a dollop of sour cream and garnished with chopped chives. Great served with sweet cornbread.
