• Optional: 1 lb. ground meat (beef, turkey, or pork)

Brewers Lentils, Pardina Lentils, Brown Rice, Red Chief Lentils, Chili Powder, Chili Pepper, Salt, Spices, Garlic, Silicon Dioxide, Bell Pepper, Real Salt, Onion, Black Pepper, Cumin.
