La base de esta salsa verde clásica es el tomatillo, un pequeño tomate verde que madura en la vid y que es muy popular en la cocina mexicana. Nuestra receta incorpora cilantro y chile para darle un toque especial. Es un excelente complemento para cualquier carne, pescado o ave a la parrilla... ¡y, por supuesto, para las enchiladas!

Ingredientes: Tomatillo, chiles, cebolla, chile serrano, puré, jalapeños, ajo, cilantro, ajo, aceite de canola, concentrado de jugo de limón, especias.
