El mezquite es un tipo de madera que se cultiva en el suroeste y se utiliza en barbacoas para añadir un delicioso sabor a las comidas. Como la mayoría de nosotros no somos expertos en ahumar carnes en casa, pero nos encanta el sabor, decidimos hacerlo fácil y creamos esta salsa. ¡Rocíe las carnes mientras las asa o sirva junto con ellas y disfrute del sabor del suroeste!

Ingredientes: Agua, miel, pasta de tomate, vinagre de sidra, azúcar, panela, tomates, melaza, chiles chipotle, ajo, sal, especias, cebolla, mostaza, cebollín, sabor natural (aceite de soya).
