Cada uno de nuestros chocolates se elabora a mano. Contamos con un equipo de mujeres que han trabajado en Country Mercantile desde el principio y que dominan el proceso de elaboración del chocolate. El chocolate Almond Joy tiene un centro cremoso de coco cubierto de chocolate con leche. Luego, se colocan almendras en la parte superior para darle el toque final a este delicioso manjar.
