El dulce de leche es un alimento básico muy apreciado en los hogares sudamericanos. El proceso simple pero delicado de reducir lentamente la leche y el azúcar hasta que se caramelice da como resultado una salsa más suave que la seda con un sabor rico y lujoso. Es perfecta para servir sobre helado de vainilla francesa, rociar sobre crepes o cubrir panqueques para un capricho decadente.

Ingredientes: Leche condensada azucarada (leche, azúcar), agua, jarabe de maíz, glicerina, jarabe de azúcar caramelizado, almidón alimentario modificado, extracto puro de vainilla, bicarbonato de sodio.
