This award winning caramel sauce begins as pure cane sugar which is slowly caramelized. Once a rich caramel color is achieved, a fine California brandy is added. The remaining alcohol of 4.8% brings out the full flavors of the caramel, creating a wonderfully decadent dessert topping. Enjoy this sauce over ice cream, pound cake, crepes or by the spoonful.
Ingredients: Caramelized pure cane sugar, corn syrup, California brandy, butter, cream molasses, pure vanilla extract and salt.
