My mother is super sweet and so giving. She would take the shirt off her back and give it to someone if they needed, even if she didn’t have one to give. Mom has been there for me and my siblings through everything. My mom is my best friend and I can’t think of anyone else who deserves a treat more than she does!
I love your store and especially the Raspberry salsa when it is in season. I can’t wait to get back out to Washington and visit you again.
We recently moved from Spokane to Walla Walla, and it has been really hard on my mom since we were use to seeing eachother everyday for 30 years. She misses us and her two grandchilden very much. We stop at the mercantile almost everytime when traveling through, so for to get a gifl basket from her favorile Salsa/truffle store would be so cool. :)
so i think my mother is very very special because she is a person who puts everyone of us before her especially her grandkids…even if she is sick she is still there trying to help out with what she can..i love my mother and would do anything for her because she does so much already. this would be a great little gift.
She is the most amazing Mom and my very best friend too!
My mom is a very special person. She has always put her family first. She cared for her sister in her time of need selflessly and has cared for my grandmother for years. Her needs always seem to be the least important to her. Her time of caregiving has been never ending.
I love your store and especially the Raspberry salsa when it is in season. I can’t wait to get back out to Washington and visit you again. I drive truck and when my Mother was alive she loved it when I brought back gifts from your store. My Mom was always there for me and I miss her. She could always make the day brighter just by saying Good Morning. I miss her.
My mom has taught me to have strength, independence & kindness. She is the strongest most living person I know. I would love to win & being her out to Country Mercantile for your fabulous carne asada!
My Mother is a amazing Mother, Wife and Grandma we are so lucky to have her in our life. Our family is going thru a hard time right now and she always keeps her head held high and a smile on her face for everyone else. She is not only my Mother but my Best Friend!
My mom is the most generous, loving person I have ever known. She has sacrificed from the day I was born 29 years ago and continues to do so. If she had 10 cents left, she would give it to my brother and I if we needed it.
She is not only my Mom, she is a best friend, a morale booster, a cheerleader, and I love her very very much.
I love my mom, Lisa, so much! As I’ve grown she has become one of my best friends. Even though I am grown and on my own now, she takes care of me and worries about me as if I were still a little girl. She is deserving of so much more than I could ever give her and words cannot express my gratitude for all the support and love she has shown me over the years! I am so very blessed to be her daughter! Happy Mother’s Day to all the amazing moms out there!
my mom has always amazed me. She raise my twin brother and I for four years by herself before marrying the guy who became my dad. She quit working so she could spend time with us and home school us. She’s always has put my siblings and me first. She’s always been there for all of us to be a shoulder to cry on, hold us, celebrate with us…and so much more. My dad got sick a few years back and so now she spends her time helping take care of things there. She’s going to have to go back to work part-time, since he can’t work. She’s always giving of herself to others first, helping others over taking time for herself.
I am blessed with many “moms” in my life. They are all special to me because they are kind, caring, and are wonderful listeners. I have at many times in my life used their wisdom to help guide me in my decisions and they never expect anything in return, only to see that I am happy and healthy
My mother is no longer with us; but I would like to have the basket for the mother of two of my grandchildren. Her husband lost his mother April 4th and this would really be a gift in memory of a very special, wonderful woman—the mother of my son in law. She raised a wonderful son who has been a great husband and father. I can think of no better way to honor her.
My Mama….there are just no words to describe how wonderfully amazing she is, she has been through so much in her life and is THE strongest person I know! She is also very stubborn, she has been running around on an bad ankle against doctors orders, she sprained it on her Birthday, what a present huh!Nothing can keep her down! She’s ALWAYS there for anything you need, she knows how to make everything ok and mostly she’s my best friend, the only person who has ever truly stood by my side, picked me up when I’ve fallen, kept my feet on the ground and most of all, has made my life awesome! I don’t know where I’d be without my Mama! I love her bunches! :)
My mom or mother in law are amazing people. They have helped me with every thing I have had needed help with no question asked. They drop everything for me and to help me. But they also help others with no complains. I love them both so much. Thanks for being great moms.
My mother is a very special woman. She is the most unselfish person I know. She is always willing to help a person in need whether she knows the person or not. I miss my mom so much. She lives in the midwest so we do not get see each other that often. I would love to send a little bit of WA State back to her. Happy Mother’s day to my wonderful and loving Mom!
My mom is so special because he gave me a home when I didn’t have one. She adopted me when I was 2 months old and has given me a life full of opportunities and love. I appreciate her a lot!
My mother is very deserving of this gift basket. She is a single mother of four, who sometimes had multiple jobs to provide for her children. She also instilled great morals and values into each of us. About six years ago my mother lost her job of 18 years. At that point she decided to go to college for her first time. Currently she has an AA degree and is working on her BA. All the while, she is still working and actively raising her two youngest children.
Of course there are many more reasons my wonderful mother deserves this, but I’ll leave you with that brief example. :)
My mother sacrificed a lot financially over the years to provide me with an excellent education in private/parochial schools all the way through college. Now that I have kids of my own, my mom is always willing to help watch them when I need help, which helps us save money on babysitters. She loves to do projects with the boys and lets them do stuff (like play in mud or get soaking wet or “clean” the mirrors) that I don’t like them to do because of the clean-up job I have to do afterwards, and the boys just love it. I’m glad she lets them have those experiences. My mom is awesome!
Mom was very hospitable. If anyone happened to stop by the house near dinner time, chances are they’d be staying for dinner. People from around the world, from Brazil to Ireland, to South Africa, have stayed at Mom’s house. They might have been one of her children’s friends,or the friend of a friend. They would come as strangers and leave as family.
My mother is no longer with us; but I would like to have the basket for the mother of two of my grandchildren. Her husband lost his mother April 4th and this would really be a gift in memory of a very special, wonderful woman–the mother of my son in law. She raised a wonderful son who has been a great husband and father. My son in law has been without regular work for 3 years and my daughter works part time while they manage an autistic child as well as 18 months of cancer treatments for his monther. I can think of no better way to honor her menory then to have this basket as a gift in her memory. She was “mom” to all of her son’s friends and there were at least 6 young men with their families and their own mom’s at her services calling her mom. She only thought of her “kids”—the three she gave birth to and their friends.
I feel lucky to of had a special mother in my life RIP on this Mother Day Mom. Love and miss you every day.
My mom is one of the most giving people I know. Still to this day all of her children, grandchildren, husband, friends, and neighbors needs come before her own. I am so lucky to have the mom I have!
My mother is one of the strongest women I know. The power and courage she has to keeping going is astounding. She has beat the odds of her illness! She has also been very loving and supportive. I will never forget the hours she would talk with me or even rock me when I had insomnia as a child. I won’t forget the support to believe in ourselves. Her ability to make me smile on the saddest of days. I love you mom!!
My mother is special because she raised me and my two brothers by herself and found the courage to return to work after her and my father split. While working full time she returned to school to get two degrees. When we are in need she is there no matter what. Last year after my mother was laid off from her job of 17 years, we got the call that my 8 month old nephew was sick while my brother was at sea with the Navy. She flew from WA to VA to be there for my nephew until my brother could be with him. My brother didn’t make it before my nephew passed away but my mom was there holding his little hand, and then she was there to comfort my brother. She is my hero, and our family rock!
I feel blessed to have my mom because she never told me what I couldn’t do. She always encouraged me to do what I thought was impossible. She has always been there with a hug,a smile, and encouraging words. I love my mom!
My mom makes the best cakes.
My husband, kids and I recently moved from Spokane to Walla Walla. My mom and I have seen eachother everyday for the last 30 years and its been really hard on her not being able to see the kids and us since we have moved. My mom is a very special lady and would do anything and everyting for her friends and family!
When traveling back to Spokane we stop and pick up her favorite salsa and truffles, so what not a better Mothers day present than a gift basket from her favorite chocolate store. You guys rock!
