Description

Each one of our chocolates are made by hand. We have a crew of ladies that have been with Country Mercantile since the beginning and have mastered the chocolate making process. Each recipe is tried and tested many times until it is perfected. Our white chocolate pecan pralines are loads of pecans dipped in our homemade caramel. They are then dunked in white chocolate and finished off with a dot of white chocolate on the top. They are chewy, nutty and make a great treat.
