Each one of our chocolates are made by hand. We have a crew of ladies that have been with Country Mercantile since the beginning and have mastered the chocolate making process. Each recipe is tried and tested many times until it is perfected. Our white chocolate macadamia pralines are full of flavor. The nuts are covered in our homemade caramel and dipped in white chocolate. They are rich and flavorful and will hit the spot for any sweet treat craving.
