Description

Each one of our chocolates are made by hand. We have a crew of ladies that have been with Country Mercantile since the beginning and have mastered the chocolate making process. Each recipe is tried and tested many times until it is perfected. Our turtles are a mix of nuts, chocolate and caramel. This specific turtle is cashews, covered in white chocolate and caramel. Our caramel is homemade and adds a delicious rich taste to the candy.
