Description

Each one of our chocolates are made by hand. We have a crew of ladies that have been with Country Mercantile since the beginning and have mastered the chocolate making process. Each recipe is tried and tested many times until it is perfected. Cashews are doused in homemade caramel, dipped in white chocolate and a spoonful of white chocolate is placed on top.
