Each one of our chocolates are made by hand. We have a crew of ladies that have been with Country Mercantile since the beginning and have mastered the chocolate making process. Each recipe is tried and tested many times until it is perfected. The white chocolate turtle is a delicious blend of almonds, homemade caramel and white chocolate. They are great for gifts, for parties or just for yourself.
