Description

Each one of our chocolates are made by hand. We have a crew of ladies that have been with Country Mercantile since the beginning and have mastered the chocolate making process. Each recipe is tried and tested many times until it is perfected. The white chocolate pralines are a delicious choice. The almonds are first smothered in our homemade caramel, they are then hand dipped in white chocolate. A dollop of white chocolate is then placed on top to complete this masterpiece.
