Description

Walla Walla Sweet Onions are grown in Washington State in a town called Walla Walla. The history of the Walla Walla Onion began over a century ago off the west coast of Italy. A soldier there brought the seeds to the Walla Walla Valley, where they continue to be grown.There is approximately 1,200 acres of Walla Walla Sweet Onions grown by about 40 farmers.These onions along with other local produce help make up AJ's Walla Walla Sweet Onion Mustards. Walla Walla Sweet Onion Mustard with Whole Seeds has the same great taste as the original but has the whole mustard seeds in it which intensifies the flavor. The mustard seeds also create a nice crunch to any salad or recipe.

Ingredients: Walla Walla Sweet Onions, white wine vinegar, water, brown and yellow mustard seeds, sugar, mustard flour, soybean oil, egg whites, mustard bran, granulated onions, lemon juice, salt and tumeric.
