Walla Walla Sweet Onions are grown in Washington State in a town called Walla Walla. The history of the Walla Walla Onion began over a century ago off the west coast of Italy. A soldier there brought the seeds to the Walla Walla Valley, where they continue to be grown. There is approximately 1,200 acres of Walla Walla Sweet Onions grown by about 40 farmers. These onions along with other local produce help make up AJ's Walla Walla Sweet Onion Mustards. Walla Walla Sweet Onion Mustard with Garlic is a great mustard to have on hand. It adds a little extra to any meal. Pair it up with pretzels or crackers for a great dipping sauce.

Ingredients: Walla Walla Sweet Onions, roasted garlic, white wine cinegar, water, sugar, mustard, flour, soybean oil, egg whites, mustard bran, granulated garlic, lemon juice and salt.
