Jeff Jacobs started in 1986. His first line was BBQ sauces but he didn't have much luck marketing them to major businesses. He quickly changed his business strategy to the world of hot sauces and specialty foods. He has spent many hours in the kitchen perfecting over 200 products. He starts with his custom spice mix and adds the perfect peppers to make the right combination. The recipes are tried, tested and adjusted until they have the perfect combination of flavor and heat. They grow their own peppers to make sure the quality and flavor is up to par. The Arizona climate provides the perfect place for growing the world's hottest peppers, The Red Savina Habanero. Southwest Specialty Foods has many products from hot sauces, salsas, cooking sauces and nuts there is sure to be a product that you can't live without.
