Description
Each one of our chocolates are made by hand. We have a crew of ladies that have been with Country Mercantile since the beginning and have mastered the chocolate making process. Each recipe is tried and tested many times until it is perfected. Seafoam is a unique candy. The ingredients are put into a kettle and cooked to a high heat, it is then cooled and put in a tub, where it cools and hardens, the next day it is dipped in chocolate and ready to serve. Once the candy is in your mouth it begins to dissolve. It is a delicious candy that will make you want more and more.
