Chiles come in two main colors: red and green. However, green chiles are actually unripe red chiles. They do come in other colors but it is not as common. Mirasol chiles are also known as guajillo chiles. These are unique chiles because they keep their flavor. They can be dried, cooked, pickled, canned and they still taste the same. This specific chile is medium heat. Country Mercantile's Fire Roasted Mirasol Chiles are great to cook with. Add it to soups, dips, salsas or sauces. They are delicious and full of flavor.
